Our house extension drawings are completed in a 2d format, keeping it simple. In our opinion less detail means the planning officer will be less likely to stipulate a finish if undefined. For example if you define cladding or a colour on the drawing when submitted then it will be harder to change this further along the process.

We will submit your drawings with the minimum detail so that it gives you flexibility to ‘tweak’ your finishes as you go. This will give you more freedom and flexibility in the longer term.

Once approved your drawings can then be completed in a structural format for us or your chosen builder to start your build.
